I’m proud to be a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Century 21 AA Realty, an office with an excellent customer satisfaction rating since inception in 1975 and locations in Seaford and Lindenhurst. Both locations have been family owned and operated since inception.

We value our relationships with clients. I work with buyers (I am a Certified Buyer Representative) and sellers (Seller Representative Specialist), and also provide rental services. I am happy to service all of Long Island and some areas in the boroughs - if it is an area I cannot cover, I can recommend a qualified agent. We can also help you relocate out of state if you are moving from New York. Neighborhoods where I've done business include: Baldwin, Coram, East Rockaway, Elmont, Far Rockaway, Hungtington, Lido Beach, Lindenhurst, Long Beach, Lynbrook, Massapequa, Merrick, North Babylon, Oakdale, Port Jefferson Station, Rockville Centre, Seaford, Valley Stream, Wantagh, and Westbury.

My home since 2008 is in Wantagh with my wife, Michelle, and son, Michael, (Seaford schools), and my Seaford office is very close to home. My license was granted by the State of New York and enables me to work with buyers and sellers anywhere in New York, as well as in other states offering reciprocation.

Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in the Thoroughbred racing world for more than 20 years in many capacities including client relations, management, publicity, journalism, and sales. I believe many of my experiences now help me serve my clients well in real estate transactions. I still love the sport of horse racing, and typically keep some involvement and interest.

Being a Realtor is rewarding on many levels. From the initial meeting with a buyer or seller through the exchange of keys at the closing table, you act in your client’s best interests throughout and serve as a general contractor of sorts in managing the many components of a deal and communicating with all the players needed to close a deal.

Whether you are meeting a seller’s objectives and getting a home sold for top dollar in the shortest amount of time possible or guiding a buyer in what is most likely the biggest and most important investment in their life, the job is exciting and rewarding. In both cases, you develop a bond and friendship with clients and share in their excitement at a closing.

I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS and adhere to the REALTORS Code of Ethics and conform my conduct to its lofty ideals. I am also a member of the NYS Board of REALTORS, Long Island Board of REALTORS, and Long Island Multiple Listing Service.

Maybe we have some things in common?

I was born in Queens, moved to Valley Stream as a child, graduated Elmont High School and St. John’s University. My favorite sports are horse racing, baseball (Mets), and hockey (Islanders).

In my free time, I enjoy my son's sports activities, such as LI Dodgers Nation baseball and CYO basketball, and have coached baseball for Seaford Little League and soccer for Wantagh Seaford PAL for several seasons.
